Not every home needs to be excessive to feel exceptional. Urban Collection was created around a simple idea: thoughtful design, strong locations, and quality construction should be more accessible.
Urban Collection focuses on building homes that make sense for the way people actually live today. Walkable neighbourhoods, functional layouts, curated interiors, low-maintenance living, and efficient use of space all shape the foundation of the collection. Rather than constantly reinventing every project, we refine proven ideas over time, improving floor plans, simplifying construction, and delivering better value through repetition and experience.
“Designed to deliver more, without excess.”
Each Urban Collection project is approached with the same level of care and design thinking as our custom homes, but optimized for attainability and consistency. Materials are selected for durability and timelessness. Interiors are intentionally restrained, creating clean and adaptable spaces that allow homeowners to make the home their own over time. Every decision is filtered through long-term livability, maintenance, and value.
Location is central to the philosophy behind Urban Collection. We focus on neighbourhoods connected to schools, downtown amenities, parks, trails, and everyday services. As cities evolve, we believe quality infill housing plays an important role in creating stronger communities, increasing density thoughtfully while improving the experience of daily life. These projects are designed to fit naturally into the urban fabric while still offering privacy, comfort, and architectural character.
Move-in readiness is another defining principle of the collection. Buyers are not navigating years of uncertainty, endless selections, or complicated customization processes. Homes are carefully curated from the beginning, with cohesive material palettes and professionally selected finishes designed to create calm, timeless environments. The result is a simpler, more transparent home-buying experience.
Urban Collection is ultimately about balancing design with practicality, quality with efficiency, and architecture with attainability. In a market increasingly divided between luxury and compromise, we believe there is room for something in between: homes that are refined, durable, and intentionally designed for modern living in the Okanagan.
