The work has evolved. The standard hasn't. Thoughtful design, careful execution, and a belief that good homes start with good decisions. Parallel 50 began with custom homes shaped to their land. Over time, that thinking grew into a second collection: smaller homes on familiar streets, built with the same care.

Community
Our team has contributed thousands of volunteer hours to local organizations, including the Penticton Area Cycling Association, Activate Penticton, the Penticton Community Foundation, and the City of Penticton's Official Community Plan Housing Task Force.
