Information you provide

Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, enquiry type and message, the page where the enquiry originated, together with any location and referral information you choose to provide. Brochure requests collect your name, email address, optional phone number and project interest, the package requested, the page where the request originated, and your consent to receive project information.

How information is used

Information submitted through these forms is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested project materials, and follow up about your project interests. Brochure requests include consent to receive project information. You can ask us to stop these communications by emailing the address below.

Website services and measurements

The website uses Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance measurement, and Supabase to store form submissions. Brochure requests may also generate an internal email notification through Resend, containing the details submitted with the request. Site events include form submissions and brochure downloads; these events record details such as enquiry type, project or package identifier and page path.

Some site images and brochures are served through Lovable’s asset service. Embedded videos are provided by Vimeo and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Loading these services sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to their providers. Their processing is described in their own privacy notices. Links to Instagram and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Service providers may process information outside your province or country. Contact us if you need more information about the services used for your enquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit a form and contact us directly instead. You may ask about information associated with your enquiry, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to project communications. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or applicable recordkeeping obligations; contact us for information about retention of your records.
